How do I access Fibrus Rewards?
Sign in to your MyFibrus account and open Rewards — you do not need to register or create a separate password for this platform.
How do I claim a reward?
Open a reward you like and select Claim. Your voucher or code is saved to My Vouchers, where you can view or redeem it at any time.
Where can I find my claimed vouchers?
All your claimed vouchers are stored under My Vouchers in your account, alongside any competition entries and exclusive rewards.
How do competitions work?
Browse open competitions on the Competitions page and enter directly. Your entries and any results appear under My Vouchers.
